Have to get use to this product. 1st time user things it is too abrasive. After a few usage, you will see your skin is soft and non-flaky. Best time to apply body lotion after exfoliating you skin with Buf-Puf. Cannot take a shower with my Buf-Puf. I am addicted to it. Long time user for over 20 years.
