I took these a couple times a day to boost my milk supply. And I believe it worked. I DID end up smelling like maple syrup, but I guess some people might think that was a bonus!
This worked great to increase my milk supply. I had never leaked prior and did so after using these. However, I did start to have a body odor smell of curry after using for one week a few times per day. No one else seemed to notice it, asked friends and husband, but I sure did. Was worth it though. Never finished the bottle before went back to work and stopped breastfeeding so passed onto my friend and she said works great too!
This product is believed to help increase a nursing mother`s milk supply. I took it for that reason and it certainly helped. However, I had side effects of weight gain (likely water), and headaches. I stopped taking it after a month for those reasons.
I had to take this with Milkthistle caps to get milk supply up for nursing my baby. Works like a charm!!
