I do many outdoor activities where I need stamina and a little extra energy. I have taken this product for the past 10 years. When I do not take it, I notice a big difference. This is may be a little pricey, but it works and is definitely worth it. I read somewhere that the Panax Ginseng helps the body utilize oxygen better. That is actually what it seems to do for me.
