I don`t have any problem swallowing these pills at all and I even take them with several other meds at the same time. You do need at least a half a glass of liquid or more.
I purchased this product for its ability to lower cholesterol (per my Dr.). While I can`t judge the value of this product for that purpose, I downgraded it because it`s next to impossible to swallow this caplet; it starts to dissolve the minute it`s in your mouth. Previously used products were coated which eased swallowing. The problem was bad enough that I threw away the remaining product I had left.
I`ve been taking vitamins for longer than I care to say and I have not had difficulty in swallowing the pills, tablets or capsules until I encountered this product. It seems that these tablets are made of some sort of non-skid material which makes them exceptionally hard to swallow. It is highly unlikely that I would ever buy this product again.
