I had an old 16oz bottle and started using is as an aftershave to soothe my irritated skin. Amazingly it also made my skin look noticeably better after a couple weeks, so I started applying it to my entire face and forehead. Weeks later I look younger. Trouble is the formula has changed. So disappointing.
This product feels really good after long sun exposure. Its kind of watery, but its great after putting it in the fridge. It smells good too.
After applying this to my child`s sunburn, she broke out in a severe allergic reaction (which seems to happen from most of Banana Boats products). You would think that an Aloe Vera soother would feel great on a sunburn, but the Aloe is listed 8th on the ingredient list and also has Alcohol in it, so it really isn`t soothing at all. By using this product it made my child more uncomfortable from the swollen face and bumps than the actual sunburn.
