I took this to combat morning sickness and it was very helpful at calming my churning stomach. I appreciate that it can be taken during pregnancy. One star off for not being that effective if you have more severe or rapid nausea.
Provided immediate relief to my little ones, and they seemed to like the taste. No downside to the ingredients. A keeper in the house to be sure!
A lot of times the first dose comes back up, that`s pretty common, so try again. It usually works the 2nd time. It is a good product, although I am going to see if Prelief works as well, since it contains more phosphorous.
