I take 25 mg on a daily basis.[$] for 12 tablets is definitely not cost effective.I had to look online to find a 100 tab 25 mg online (geriatric care) and that does work for me.I have a lot of allergies and chronic middle ear problems (nausea, motion sickness) so I need to take it almost every day of the year, 1 tab (25mg) per day.
The way this possibly works is that it makes you feel SO bad that you forget all about your motion sickness. My experience with this product was very - VERY - bad. I felt fine for about five hours after taking one pill. However, at about hour five, I felt such sudden drowsiness that I can`t explain. I felt like I had to lie down or I would die. It was MISERABLE. I slept for many hours, into the night, through the night and awoke the next day feeling like I`d not slept at all. A full 24 hours after taking only ONE PILL, I still feel like I`ve been rundown by a steamroller. Miserable feeling. In addition to feeling tired from this medicine, my heart rate slowed considerably and my joints hurt. I am sensitive to medications but this reaction was extreme. Not for me. Take with caution and don`t believe the label that says "Less Drowsy".
Used this several times 10 years ago going Greece Island hopping on rough catamarans for 2-3 hours each time. Also at the Coral Reef at Cairns just this past week, each time about 1.5 hours. Judging from the vast numbers of others vomiting and even some cursing at the boat staff, I was very pleased to have this stuff. It completely relieved my motion sickness.
