Every year my family and I go on our boat to the Bahamas, and every year we take bonine. It works really well and from what I can tell it has no side effects for me. The only bad thing about is that it tastes pretty horrible, which makes it a little hard to swallow. Just take it with water and hold your nose, and I would recomend that you don`t chew it before swallowing.

I was diagnosed with Meniere`s Disease in August 2006. The physician suggested taking Bonine since the ingredients were the same as in a prescription medication. I have not been without a supply of Bonine since. At the first sign of dizziness from Meniere`s or as a precaution before going out on the boat fishing I take my Bonine.
