I was extremely disappointed. Burning one`s hair is NEVER "healthy", even with negative ions and IR heat. This product left my hair with incredible static, and gave curls so weird-looking that I had to shampoo my hair again to remove them, and although it claims to have a "cool tip", does not...and my fingers can attest to that. If it weren`t for such a high price, I would have just thrown the iron away. Instead I am returning it. Buyer beware! Do not spend this much money on such junk!
