After spraying as directed for a month I am yet to notice a difference or improvement. The taste is very bitter and tart - not something to look forward to. For the price I`ll stick with another herbal spray brand I have because it taste better. With the exception to this product, the rest of the Skyn Iceland line is fabulous, and well worth the money!
I did not feel that it relaxed me. As to what it does for skin, I did not try it consistanly enough. The taste is fine, but I just do not know what it really does.
