This used to be called Got2B Curled Up and I loved it. It`s been gone for a couple of years, and I`m thrilled to have it back!!
I have naturally wavy-to-loosely-curly fine hair (in between a 2A and a 3A), and I prefer to let it air-dry. Even without heat styling, this stuff does work as advertised to help de-frizz and define the hair`s natural texture, but it leaves the curls with a stiff, crunchy finish that I don`t care for -- maybe on coarser, more tightly curled hair it would be less noticeable, but even with scrunching after it`s dry, the texture feels a little bit too stiff for my tastes. If you like a softer finish, try the matching Got2B Curl-Vacious Shimmer Curl Gel instead, it also gives fairly nice, natural definition with less crunchiness. The scent is pleasant, light and fruity without being overpoweringly sweet -- it reminds me a bit of pink grapefruit; it seems to be in use for all of the Curl-vacious line, so you can combine products without clashing scents. Yes, the spray nozzle does clog sometimes, particularly if you don`t use it frequently, but non-aerosol gels and hairsprays all seem to be prone to this in my experience; soak or rinse it under hot water, or swab the sprayer with rubbing alcohol, and it should unclog easily enough. All in all, not a bad product, just not perfectly suited for my needs; I`ll use it up eventually, but next time I`ll just stick to the gel when it`s time for repurchasing.
