Eh, this product did reduce my appetite, but not as much as I had hoped. I`ve been taking it for about two weeks and with working out I`ve lost about 3 lbs. Not too sure if it the Hoodia helped or not.
This stuff actually made me want to eat MORE. I took it as directed several times, and after a few days, I was eating a lot more and couldn`t seem to control myself. I have enough trouble with over-eating, this was not a good product for me. Maybe it was psychological, but I can`t use this product.
This is the BEST hoodia for the price! I take 2 in the morning before breakfast and 2 at lunch time, and my appetite is gone the whole day. Occasionally I`ll take 2 with dinner. This hoodia is great because they don`t mix it with green tea, which gives me headaches and jitters. The glucomannan is extra fiber, which aborbs fat and blocks calories in the intestines. I think hoodia and glucomannan is the best combination, is all-natural, and better than green tea. I love this product, and I will buy it again!!
