I`ve got IBS, mostly the C kind (gas is the worst symptom--oh my god). Started this product two years ago, combined with Activia yogurt and limiting carbs and no whole grains. I am so much better. Gas is maybe 80% improved and I think I am more regular than "normal" people. Do my morning business and I`m done for the rest of the day, I would say 95% or more of the time. Before it was about 5% or less of the time. Incomplete, frequent, sometimes urgent, or no stools used to be my norm. Compared to any other product, it might deserve a 5, but sometimes I`ll have a really bad day, or a not-so-good couple of weeks, so it is not as fabulous as I`d like. However, this has definitely improved my confidence and cut way down on VERY painful gas. I take 1 of these a day, and 1 of the IBS pills. Please give it a try. If not, at least try some Activia; you have to eat anyway, don`t you?
This is the best product I have ever taken. I can`t believe how great it works.
Works for me, although some days if it`s really bad. I have to do like another reviewer and take an extra one or two a day, or take Gas-X in the evening. But it is by far way better. I used to have to take double doses of Gas-X sometimes to get the relief I get from two of these.
I didn`t think these were working when I was taking them, but then I ran out. Yeah, there`s definitely a difference. Thus why I`m back ordering more. Would recommend.

This worked for me. You can either take one or two a day and I take two. Products like Gas-X did nothing for me although my father likes them. I will order this every month even though it is expensive.
This is a life saver! Finally I don`t have to be afraid to go anywhere after eating. It has really changed my lifestyle. Gas is almost totally eliminated, and if there is some, it is almost odorless.

This is an incredibly amazing product! I have Crohn`s disease, and when I take this product (in addition to my regular meds), I have none of the embarrassing gasiness I often experience. Last week, I forgot to add it to my pill box, and my problems returned. Just one pill in the evening when I returned home, and my system settled down. Ok, I take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening but IT WORKS!! I have struggled with IBS and its symptoms for YEARS...this prevents that awful cramping! If you suffer from chronic gas pains...this might be your answer.
These work better than Gas-X or any other over the counter product I`ve tried. I need to take two a day, but it`s worth it!
FANTASTIC! I`ve chronic intestinal gas for years. It`s the most miserable feeling: bloated, distended stomach, cramping, you name it. My belly was so bloated I couldn`t zip my clothing shut. Ouch!! This product has totally cured that. In reference to the person that said it doesn`t cure gas, (attempting to put this delicately) it doesn`t eliminate the passing of "audible" gas, it facilitates it. That "audible" passing of gas is what tells you (along with the absence of bloating & stomach pains) that it`s working. Otherwise it would be stuck in your belly making you miserable. It`s definitely worth a try!
