Im 15 and I love these things. I hated the chalky old version ones. Warning: don`t smell them before taking them because it will scare you. It smells like, well... I won`t tell you what it smells like because then they would delete my review, but once they`re out of the bottle they don`t smell bad and they taste pretty decent.
