This product is not easy to use, because you end up getting the foam everywhere and not just on your roots. It is very heavy and a little oily. The bottle says you can let your hair air dry but I did not see any lifting results this way, you must hair dry. A much better product, with a convienent root-spraying nozzle is Matrix Root Lifter. Works like a charm and is easy to spray right on the roots where it is needed.
I must have received a defective bottle because this mousse was the worst. It came out very runny (no matter how hard I shook it) and it really flattened my fine, thin, hair. The only good thing about it was that it made my hair smooth. However, my hair had zero volume and looked a little greasy after using it. I would recommend V05 Whipped Volume Mousse instead- it gave me much better results.
This product is exactly what it says. I have fine hair that goes flat quickly and this mousse really makes it fuller and thicker.
