I am so disappointed with this product. With the great reviews and high price, I was expecting an outstanding product. It`s not bad, but it`s just average, which for the price is not acceptable. I didn`t notice any difference than if I had used a Drugstore brand like Loreal Vive Pro. I like Alterna haircare products much better. Fekkai is overrated.
I love this conditioner. Makes my thicker medium chemically treated hair easier to comb through when wet. I like the smell. Makes my hair shine without weighing it down!! Excellent product.
This conditioner smells a little too heavy for me. However the results have been and continue to be outstanding. My hair is healthy and shiny. The product rinses out well. You can use it daily, or leave it on longer for a little extra conditioning.
I have been using this product for about 2 years now and always love the way it cleans my hair. I know that people try to say that buying expensive shampoo is a waste and that cheaper shampoos clean the same. I heartily DISAGREE. I have very thick, long straight hair. When I use cheaper shampoos (even something like Pantene), my wet hair tangles so badly, I can hardly get a comb through it! In addition, I notice a lot more "flyaways" with cheaper shampoos. Technician is one of the few shampoos I`ve tried that keeps my hair silky even wet, so I can comb it out and reduces flyaways when dry. In addition, my color seems to just last and last when I use this -- almost no fading in 6 weeks! It also smells delicious.
I have lush, long, auburn hair. I use the conditioner and mix wa little bit of /mask at times, with the glorious shampoo and I can COMB my hair - and it`s down to my waist wet!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Simply MARVELOUS - discovered in a Boutique on Vacation when I ran out of shampoo. I`ve spent 100`s on hair care products which I couldn`t even get a brush through! I can actually COMB my hair with Fekkai, lay down to sleep, get up in the a.m., do my bangs and out I go! Never had used products that I could do this with. It`s also great if you have curly hair and wash in the a.m. and just go on out! Dries beautifully and STAYS PUT without gobs of HAIR SPRAY (don`t even use Hair Spray). I use the anti-frizz and spot condition - and that`s it !!! Looks like I just came out of a great Hair Salon! Fekkai products NEVER weighs idown my hair nor makes it greasy and darker like the other anti-frizz, extra conditioning products. Allows me to STYLE my hair any way I want.! I have pretty much purchased everything in the line and have NEVER been disappointed with any products. I receive compliments constantly - and my hair is natural - but it`s AT IT`S BEST with Frederic Fekkai !!!!
I`ve used Halo products on my fine, wavy, color treated hair for about 6 years. I decided to try something new with the Fekkai line. I guess this stuff kept the condition of my hair ok but my hair has never looked so lifeless and dull or been so difficult to style. What a waste of money (purchased the shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair). As soon as I returned to the Halo products, back came my shine, my color vibrance, and ease of styling. Lesson learned.
My most expensive hair product ever!!! (Aside from hair appliance) BUT it brought my hair back to life! My hair`s been treated, colored, abused, and is just naturally THICK! After almost a month or so my hair became healthy. Before, if I didnt iron my hair, it`ll be puffy and coarse the whole day. Now it`s definitely smoother (not perfect still) and I don`t need to iron it. I plan to buy another bottle because I use a lot for my thick hair.

An excellent detangler and a small squirt goes a long way so why did I rate it only 3 stars? It felt extremely greasy and heavy (no matter how little I put in) and I almost felt like it coated the hair rather than penetrate it.
This is the best conditioner I have ever used (and I have tried many different kinds). I have thick, coarse hair that is highlighted. My hair usually tangles easily, but with this conditioner I can comb through after washing with no problem. The smell is wonderful - light and not too perfumy. It is a thick conditioner that leaves your hair soft and shiny, not weighted down. The price is worth it (just don`t tell my husband how much it costs!)
