Had trouble with bowel movements. This product does not make you go the the bathroom, but it makes it easier to go.
I`m 59 and have for over a year had problems with intermittent and frequent diarrhea. I kept thinking I had some kind of flu virus that kept cycling through my system. After some research, I suspected either or both gluten intolerance or lactose intolerance. I refrained from wheat products with no improvement. I tried lactose tablets and reducing dairy - again, no improvement. Then I learned about pro-biotics and tried Culturel. Within 1 week my system had returned to normal and I have not had any diarrhea for over 60 days. Since I had ruled out all the other possible causes, I know without any doubt that the probiotics in Culturel are what solved this health issue for me. I highly recommend this product. There are others on the market but Culturel seems to be the best quality for the price. I have set up automatic delivery - that`s how convinced I am that this product works!
I was happy to find this product when FloraQ was unavailable, and would have to say it may work almost as well. However, since my dr recommended FloraQ, I may be switching back to that product soon.
