I don`t think the fragrance lasts or is noteworthy in any way. I have used much less expensive perfumes that last all day. It is a very light scent, so if that is what you are looking for then this would work for you.
This fragrance is very wearable. I am extremely sensitive to scent and can wear very few products. I detect a rose mixed with other flowers and its missing a note that most perfumes carry that keeps me from wearing them.
I agree...it is a very lovely scent. Not very heavy but just a wonderful fresh garden rose mixed with something else I can`t quite detect; something that meshes well with rose so that it doesn`t smell old-fashioned!
Red roses and wine do not describe this purfume well. The smell is far less cliche. I can write that I have tried many rose-based purfumes, looking for that perfect rose based scent. This a heady scent and may be a bit too strong for some, however a small amount goes a long way. It best described as a sultry rose with an exotic, warm edge. The rose seems to be the Bulgarian type, the best in the world. I prefer this to any rose scented perfume I`ve smelled, above that of Fresh`s Bulgarian Rose, etc. This is very sophisticated without reminding one of grandma. The name is a little campy, but I find this rarity to be the most tastefully done of its kind.
I`ve loved this perfume since I bought it last year - as does my boyfriend. It`s perfect for a good time - it smells like roses and red wine to me.
Ce Soir ou Jamais smells like sitting among the roses in Monet`s garden at twilight, drinking Veuve Clicot, and remembering the past.
