I was skeptical about Hoodia products, however, I did purchase this and am very happy that I did. My appetite was immediately under control, I did not get the shakes or quivers that I have had in the past with other similar products and I will absolutely continue to use it! I take 1-2 a day, never anymore and I have maintained my weight now for over 1 year!
Well let me first say, I really hope writing this will actually help someone save their money! So I read these other reviews before I bought the stuff because it sounds wonderful and I mean hey, IT`S ONLY LIKE 8 BUCKS! To be completely honest it DID do its job on giving me energy, but as far as curbing my appetite it did absolutely NOTHING. Trust me. I really doubt it even has real Hoodia in it because I`ve tried an authentic Hoodia product and that WORKED! Unlike this cheap stuff their trying to sell here! Uggg what a rip off!
I took this for 15 days since I only took 2 caplets a day (morning and afternoon) and I lost 6 pounds. I have been dieting since Jan 2007 and I was on a plateau for 3 months before taking this.
