All I can say is, nothing about it felt warm except the hot compress I used after I developed a rash from using it. My whole groin area became red and bumpy.
I really wish that I could use this lube because the company is great. I love that it has no parabens and isn`t tested on animals, and the taste of cinnamon was very very nice along with the warming. Most flavored lubes taste like chemicals mixed with a little candy, and this one actually tasted nice. Not to mention that the bottle is sexy. But I have since determined that glycerin does not get along with certain parts of my body. If your body doesn`t mind the glycerin, this is an excellent lube.
This lube is phenomenal. The warming effect is subtle and pleasant, not distracting or painful, and the lube base is perfect. It`s just slippery enough, and lasts quite a while. I think this may be my new favorite.
