I used it when I was preganant. Loved it. I actually noticed my hair and nails grow.
This prenatal vitamins did not make me sick. I already finish the whole bottle and didn`t cause nausea. However, it doesn`t contain enough vitamins for pregnancy. Google what pregnant women need to have daily, you will find some other vitamins and mineral that you need to take besides those on the label. Compare with other brands before you make decision. Surely there is nothing bad about it. Just need to eat more food that has vitamin sources which sometimes it`s not practical.
I was experiencing serious nausea and vomiting early on in my pregnancy. When I switched to these prenatal vitamins, I stopped vomiting. I really think that my previous vitamins, which were big, smelly, and tasted "vitamin-y" were the culprit. I still have nausea all the time, which is to be expected in the first trimester, but my stomach can keep down these pills. No strange taste, very little vitamin smell, and they are not really large pills. I`d recommend them.
