I use this set of grooming tools for daily "kitty spa" treatments for 2 ailing cats. Both suffer from chronic renal failure and this affects their coats. After just a few days of using the wire brush and the matt comb, their coats looked healthier. Plus they enjoy the wire brush. These are the best grooming tools I`ve ever used and I`ve been a pet-owner for over 40 years! I highly recommend this product.
I use this tool on my puppy. It removes dirt prior to bathing to make the process easier and adds great shine after bathing. His coat gets so soft after brushing. The small comb tools are great for around the ears and the hindquarters where the fur is especially coarse or the skin especially delicate. My puppy actually enjoys grooming when I use this brush. He thinks it`s a treat! I think it`s a treat to find a good brush.
I bought this brush while it was on sale hoping it would be good. It was! I have two cats, one short hair and one medium long hair. This one works great on both. The best thing is the side attachment combs to touch up areas, they never get lost as there is a nifty space on each side of the brush for them. :)
