I have been using this product for years and I absolutely love it! It works way better than any of the cheaper brands. For anyone who thinks that it tastes like wood, mix it with orange juice. It completely hides the flavor and feels like pulp in your mouth. I use the shaker cup that they offer on Konsyl`s website.
A proctologist told me to use Konsyl as I had always had severe constipation unrelieved by other products... at least in a manner I could live with! This works like clockwork for the last few years since I have been taking this at bedtime. Never mind good taste, go for the great effect!
