as far as meal bars go, this tastes really good, the layer of caramel and the peanut butter/chocolate ratio in the bar is perfect. Can be a little too hard when you bite into it if it is less than room temperature but not too bad. Overall, there are few bars on the market that taste as good as this one.
This bar is the best meal replacement bar I have tasted so far. The down side is it does contain some artificial ingredients, and the caramel topping melts easily -- so it doesn`t transport well in warm weather.
