i have hypothryoid. i bought Konsyl because i have been looking something alternative to dr. levines formula which is a bit expensive. my metabolism got better after it. first time i drunk it with water and i almost already puk after it. and i didn`t even realized that, it is only 7gr of fiber when for woman - u should take around 25 and up to be healthy. after this box i will do go back to dr.levines which has around 17 gr in every cup... i do not think i am going to re purchase. but if you `just want to do number 2 and dont care about anything else, go ahead`
I have been using this product for years and I absolutely love it! It works way better than any of the cheaper brands. For anyone who thinks that it tastes like wood, mix it with orange juice. It completely hides the flavor and feels like pulp in your mouth. I use the shaker cup that they offer on Konsyl`s website.
