So I was really hesitant to try this stuff, but boy am I glad I did! I started using it about 8 weeks ago after having a facial at Bliss. I have really oily problem skin, and I was dropping tons of cash on microdermabraison. The folks at bliss recommended the alpha beta peel from MD Skincare and this stuff to protect my skin from all the treatments. I usually go with super natural products like Burts Bees and Juice Beauty, so I was REALLY skeptical about using a chemical sunscreen. Anyway, they swore that this was the best thing for problem skin. I tried it and I can`t say enough. This stuff covers any redness or irritation, doesn`t look make-upy, stays put all day, and DOES NOT BREAK ME OUT!! And with 30spf what more could you ask for?
Great SPF. Not too greasy (and I have very oily skin), but it`s no miracle worker, especially at the price.
This stuff was kind of greasy, so I wouldn`t recommend it for someone with oily or combo skin. Only for the super dry skin. I got the translucent one, and it`s also a little too ghostly white for me. Better if you just mix a tiny bit with your foundation; but since I`m looking for a sunblock and foundation all in one, this one didn`t do the trick.
Love this product! It has a slight color, isn`t oily, and can be worn under foundation or alone with a little concealer. Most sunscreens break me out, but not this one. The light is a little pale for me, but I found the medium tint at Sephora and it was perfect. If you have pretty good skin, this is a good alternative to foundation.
