I bought this with my kids in mind though I was the first to sample it. Suffering from really bad acid indigestion after a greasy pizza I took the strongest dose for antacid and some while later a second dose. The discomfort disappeared after the second dose. I did however, later, suffer an embarrassing need to rush to the bathroom after the second dose. I can say I experienced its laxative powers too!
