wanted to like the toner because of all the good reviews but it made me break out. I gave it to my mom because she has more mature skin and the toner probably is more suitable for her skin.
sometimes by itself to cleanse my face with a cotton ball or after I wash my face - same application I was introduced to this product because it was a free sample from beauty.com. I loved it so much I ordered it from the site and will continue to do so. I gave half to my daughter to try and she also loves it!
To each their own, but I think this toner is practically perfect in every way!! So I must respectfully disagree with the negative comments others have made. I love the scent (let`s remember it`s a toner, not your favorite perfume), and I absolutely love the cool, clean, fresh, tingly feel on my face and neck. I even splash a little on my shoulders, and - well - all over, to cool down after being in the summer heat. I love this toner. I bet it would feel great on tired aching feet - I`ll have to try it. But even if you use it only on your face - you should use it! That tingle is addictive!!
this would be fine it is just smelled like cranberry, but it actually has floral notes. and very heavy ones, may i add. it`s rather overwhelming. on the other hand, this toner seems to actually do something, compared to most other toners i`ve come across. it actually removes some makeup. i think it`s best for dry or normal skin, since it seems to be a bit moisturizing.
This toner is nothing less than fabulous. I buy a lot of organic products, and this is one of the most luxurious toners I`ve ever tried. It does not dry out or irritate my sensitive acne-prone (and aging) skin at all. I received a deluxe (large) sample of this with another purchase, and when this is used up, you can bet I would buy the full-size product. I don`t understand the complaints about it -- I think this toner is nearly perfect!
I received a sample size version of this product via a promotion, but I`m not very pleased with it. It did do a good job of removing all of the makeup and dirt from my skin, but I have to say the smell is not very appealing. Also, it leaves my skin feeling kind of sticky after I use it. I also have acne prone skin and after reading other users reviews I`ll be careful with this product.
Not sure what kind of skin these other people have but I loved this toner right away. I got a trial size in a designer bag promo but would buy the full-size, no question. I used to use & love Clinique but I`m switching. My skin felt so soft and clean immediately. It also smells good and not like alcohol.
I spend a lot of money on beauty products however it is something I believe is worth the investment. This product is not one I plan on buying in the future. The bottle goes by too quickly since you cannot control the amount that comes out of the pump. It doesn`t leave my skin clean and fresh. It was just okay. On the positive side I really enjoy Arcona`s mission statement on using organic ingredients which is why I bought it in the first place.
Average I might say!!! Well... It works I think just OK. I didnt see a "wow-factor" really. I hated the pump!!! No question to that... got the same problem as other reviews here.
I have 2 complaints about this product. The first one is the price. It is FAR more expensive than other toners. That being said, it is a superior product. It has a pretty smell and it comes in a pretty package. This leads me to my second complaint. I do not like the pump on this bottle. It caused me to waste a lot of product. I would not talk someone out of buying this product once just to see what it is like, but I just can`t see sticking with it because of the high price. Burt`s Bees is lots cheaper and every bit as effective. It also doesn`t need to be shaken before using like this one does!
