This stuff made my stomach do things it has never done before. It bubbled and bubbled and was gassy and SO uncomfortable...it was horrible and I don`t even think I produced a bowel movement. I had a HORRIBLE night because of this stuff. It was on a work night, so it took away precious sleep. Trust me, if you are constipated, drink caffeine and go exercise. Those two things help more than anything else I`ve tried.
A previous comment said that people should have taken the recommended dosage (and then continues to say that dosage is 2 when in fact the box recommends to start with 1). Thank goodness I only took ONE because not only did it not work but I was in complete agony the whole night feeling like my stomach was going to explode. If it had worked I would maybe have found the near death experience worth it, but alas it absolutely didn`t and I am worse off than I was to begin with. Even though this worked for some, clearly the majority of comments says it did not and in no way is it worth taking the risk of the pain it can cause for the remote possibility you are one of the lucky ones. Do NOT take!
If I could give this a lower star I would. Every negitive comment is so true about this laxative! I felt so sick for a long time. My stomach was crying out to me: what did you do?! It doesn`t even relieve the cramps after you use the restroom, you just get to suffer with the pain of this medicane. Really if anyone needs a laxative don`t get this one...you`ll be in so much pain.
