This is a simple way to get the problem fixed. Gentle, but efficient.
Works well for constipation without causing any uncomfortable feelings. In my case, it tends to have its effect the next day. People should probably let their doctors know they are taking it.
Great stuff. I was prescribed the same ingredient after surgery and if you have had ANY abdominal surgery you will need this for a few weeks.
