I mostly like how the bag looks and how it is organized. I don't like the plastic handle, which makes it look a bit cheap. I think that a cloth handle would have worked just as well and looked better. One of the screws holding the handle to the bag fell off within a couple of weeks of use. However, it's a good bag for the price. Great bag for everyday use, cute printed lining. Nice bag. Shoulder strap a little stiff.
